Seriously, how do you scrapbook all these?

I decided that I'm only uploading photos from my camera once a month from now on (to help keep photos organized by age for Quinn's album). But how do you choose from the hundreds of photos on there which ones to scrap?

I've just sent 72 photos for printing. There is no way I can scrap them all I know that. So why do I print so many? Ugh...this is impossible! Well, until I decide which ones I'm going to whittle away and store in a photo-safe box for Quinn, here are a few of my fav's that I know for sure I'll be scrappin'...

Need to learn how to cut back,

  2. Aww...I can see why those are your favs. SOOOO cute! I print a bunch of favs and then scrap the ones that really speak to me:) The rest go on file on CD's....and the printed ones go into albums by year. Keep those cute pics coming!

  5. This is why I will never be caught up, lol. When I take 100 pics a week and want to scrap 30-50 of them, there are always lots of options for what to scrap. This is also why I enjoy printing my pics at home. And when you have such a photogenic subject, it would be hard to stop wanting to capture all the looks, moments, smiles, and memories before he changes. Snap away and scrap them as you can.

  7. OMG! He is really the most sweetest face ever! The wonderful thing about digital photos is you can store them without printing. But even if you think you have too many photos....think again. You will love it when you are opening boxes down the road and you will sit for hours remembering all those moments. Trust me!!!!

  8. Thanks everyone! I've taken to printing them all out and just scrapping my fav's (which is still too many) and storing the rest in a photo-safe box for him when he's older. I have them saved in digital format but I worry that in 50 years from now the digital formats will be so different that they won't be accessible. Atleast this way they will all be printed for him in good-'ol fashioned hard copy! I just need to figure out how to whittle them down further for scrapping. As it is, I have an entire album dedicated to just his first 4 weeks! Oy!
